I am having an issue with my tickets. Who do I contact?

When do ticket sales end? 

​

Ticket sales will end online Friday, January 23 at 11:59 p.m. ET. All tickets are $35 at the door, with the exception of youth (under 18) and Families First card holders and WIC card holders, who are admitted free. 

​

How do I access tickets I bought online? 

​

An email with a receipt will be sent to your email from no-reply@givebutter.com with the subject line "Your receipt from Choral Art Society of New Jersey". Your ticket will be a QR code attached to that email, which can be printed or shown on your phone at the door.

 

If you don't see the email, don't worry! Contact us here to have the ticket resent.

Are children allowed? 

​

Yes, children are allowed and welcome! Children under 18 can join us at no cost.

​

Do you have any discounts? 

​

Yes! We have discounts for students (18+ years old) and seniors (65+ years old) when tickets are bought in advance. This ticket is $30 when bought in advance; at the door, all tickets are $35. 

​

Additionally, youth under 18, Families First card holders, and WIC card holders are admitted free. 

​

Is the concert ADA-accessible? 

​

Yes! You can see some of our accessibility options below:

​

• A ramp is available on the left side of the church, along Mountain Avenue, to enter the church.

• Listening devices and large-print programs are available upon request when notified at least 3 business days in advance. Contact us here.

• Sign language interpretation can be accommodated when notified at least 2 weeks in advance. Contact us here.

• Service animals are welcome to attend.

Will the concert be recorded? 

​

For those who don't live in the area or are unable to attend in person, a livestream will be available on our Listen page. Information will be added shortly before the day of the concert.

What if there is inclement weather?

​

For the winter concert, the choir will hold a snow date that will be posted at the top of this page. In the event of inclement weather, we will inform choir members, post to social media, and send an email to our email list. All tickets will be honored for the new date. No refunds will be issued.
